These workshop are divided into two parts; Art Therapy followed by a sunset Flow Yoga session.

Living is growing and changing. Let’s experience new things, get a better understanding of ourselves, and let’s get growing in a positive way through art and yoga therapy.

Body movements and drawings are simply part of the human instinct to communicate and express ourselves. They are not only a great way to create something beautiful, but they are also a fantastic and creative way for relieving stress, enhancing creativity, developing problem-solving abilities, building leadership and social skills.

Art therapy helps people express those thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be difficult to speak about, those things that keep us from growing in a positive way. It is a form of psychotherapy involving the encouragement of free self-expression through painting, drawing, or modeling.

The yoga session will be held at the ladies only Yoga and Pilates center- THE STUDIO, CORNICHE. This therapeutic session will consist of opening yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and guided imagery to improve mental and physical health in a fun and relaxing way. The art of yoga allows a person to express his/her feelings through specific poses.
