Beautiful people, join us on April 28th for our next ‘Express Yourself’ event with the colorful BLANK CANVAS COMMUNITY taking place at House of Nature, as we bring our attention to the 4th wheel of energy : The heart, ANAHATA.
The Heart Chakra is your energy centre is about connecting with your inner world and outer world and your ability to give and receive Love.

We will unfold and realign this Chakra through movement&colour sessions. The main idea behind healing the heart chakra is to restore flow of energy and overall balance. We will learn how to identity if our chakra is over active or deficient and how to heal release blockage.
Clearing the blockage in this chakra and allowing energy to flow freely through it, will help return you to health. ​ You will also enjoy a meditation session in the Himalayan SALT ROOM!
Once you’ve stretched your mind, body and spirit, you will join Blank Canvas for a collaborative painting session.
