Together, Inner Seed and Blank Canvas brought together a community to help express themselves by discovering and realigning their Chakras. This healing workshop is divided into 2 sessions, Yoga followed by Art.
Body movements and drawings are simply part of the human instinct to communicate and express ourselves. They are not only a great way to create something beautiful, but they are also a fantastic and creative way for relieving stress, enhancing creativity, developing problem-solving abilities, building leadership and social skills.
Art therapy helps people express those thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be difficult to speak about, those things that keep us from growing in a positive way. It is a form of psychotherapy involving the encouragement of free self-expression through painting, drawing, or modeling.

House of Nature is a holistic, natural therapy center where we provide a patient-centered holistic approach to well-being.
Express yourself with Inner Seed and explore what it is to feel balanced and grounded as we walk you through interactive group sessions and a healing chakra yoga sequence with like-minded people. Once you’ve stretched your mind, body and spirit, you can join Blank Canvas for a collaborative painting session.
Together we will re-awaken what is already known inside of you. Re-awaken to your essence, re-awaken to your beauty, reconnect with your heart and radiate Love to everything and everyone that comes your way.
What does healing the Heart chakra mean?
Healing the heart chakra may mean several things and refers to many different techniques. We will cover the main ones and remain as practical as possible. Heart chakra healing is sometimes also referred to as balancing, opening, or clearing. The main idea behind healing the heart chakra is to restore flow of energy and overall balance.
This 90 min session will focus on softening your body and your breath, and softening your judgments towards another person or situation. As a group, we will do interactive and self diagnose exercises allowing you to become more self aware towards this charkra.
Opening the heart chakra involves taking down those defenses to experience the love that is the natural state of our being. We will learn how to identity if our chakra is over active or deficient and how to heal release blockage. When the heart chakra becomes unbalanced, this may lead to emotional, physical or even existential distress. The energy running though this chakra is not flowing freely and you may feel drained, depleted, stuck in thoughts or behavioral patterns.
Meditation in the SALT ROOM
Also known as halotherapy, salt therapy is a modern variation of the Eastern European tradition of spending time in natural salt caves for health and wellbeing.
The room facility maintains an artificial climate infused with special Himalayan salt particles to give you the full benefit of the anti-bacterial and anti-microbial effects of salt in addition to the natural moisturizing and detoxification properties of mineral salts. Salt therapy is great for respiratory conditions, de-stressing and many skin conditions.

We will gather around a blank canvas and express ourselves individually and collectively as we explore, unlock and realign the Heart Chakra. We will paint our vision, our perception of this theme and move around the canvas to build on one another’s artwork until we create a unified Art piece.
Simultaneously, during the 90 minute session we will remain mindful and keep returning to our breath when our mind wanders.
This experience of creative expression will help relieve any stored feelings inside of you and it will leave you feeling accomplished, connected, and peaceful. You will feel this deep sense of belonging, that you are part of something bigger and have contributed to the whole.
