Let us discover the natural paradises\, enjoy the wilderness with all your senses and experience an exciting adventure – Together Inner Seed and Grasp The Adventure have developed a mindful active program where you will get a chance to display your innate senses\, and express your creativity and perception gained from being one with nature\, voicing your experiences through wellness and interactive talks. \nThis experience is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their connection with nature\, rediscover their inner strength\, and leave behind the noise of the modern world. \n \nGet rejuvenated with this day out as you explore the hidden gems of UAE mountains. \n \nThe trail is suitable for beginner hikers with no or minimal experience. \nHike Description:\nThe hike starts off with a gradual incline that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding Hajar Mountain Range. After enjoying the view for 10 minutes\, we will head back down into the wadi and hike around the mountain to a saddle with gorgeous views and flat ground to rest on. This is where we’ll take our longest break to meditate\, snack and share our thoughts and feelings in nature.
