In our technology-based world where everybody is connected\, it is vital to teach our children about the importance of self-regulation and learning how their brains work so they might react less emotionally and more rationally in situations\, and understand that they can be in control of themselves and their actions. By joining Inner Seed’s camp\, kids will get to experience and understand self-health\, relaxation and inner calmness. \nOur camp sessions are beneficial for teaching children mindfulness tools and preparing them for a stronger school year ahead.\n\nTop 10 reasons why you should enroll your child with us this summer. Re-awaken to your essence\, re-awaken to your beauty\, reconnect with yourself  and radiate your Chakras to everything and everyone that comes your way. \nWhat does healing the Throat chakra mean?\nWhen the fifth chakra is blocked there are several signs\, both physical and non-physical\, that can emerge. Physically speaking\, an unbalanced fifth chakra can cause you to experience consistent fatique\, headaches\, and speech impairment. \nThis Chakra is responsible for your communication\, self expression and truth. Healing this Chakra allows you to express yourself with integrity. Doing and saying the things that you believe align with your morals and personal values. \nWhen the throat chakra is balanced\, you not only feel it\, but there are additional\, subtle signs.
