When this chakra is open and the energy flows unhindered\, it is responsible for a balanced self-esteem\, willpower\, and a strong sense of self. \nA balanced Manipura allows you to have control over your thoughts and emotional responses\, set healthy boundaries\, and be at peace with yourself.
