July 8 Themed class: Embracing Change Yin Yoga & Yoga nidra

This 90 min session will focus on letting go of what is no longer serving us and welcoming new opportunities. A space to let go and accept the current changes that occur in our lives. Finding our edge as we listen to our body, heart and mind. This class will include a guided yoga nidra with powerful affirmations for powerful shifts.

July 15 Themed class: Root to Rise Yin Yoga 

Raise your vibration to a state of bliss and love. In this session we will be practicing Qi Gong, specific pranayama and healing sounds along with the yin poses to align our body, mind, and spirit. Qi gong is a subtle practice that helps to circulate our blood flow, increase internal awareness, and balance the nervous system. After practice, you’ll feel a new sense of calmness while feeling energized physically and mentally.

July 22 Themed class: Surrender Yoga

This is a soothing class to calm our body and mind. This class incorporates long held poses, acupressure self-massage, and yoga nidra. Relax, breathe, and surrender to quietude. Trusting the process of our inner guidance. Once you surrender you start accepting challenges into your life and turn them in conscious opportunities.

July 29 Themed class: Coming home Yoga

This is a class on returning to your blissful higher Self. This class is ideal if you’ve been feeling disconnected and need a space to recalibrate the Self. You will reconnect with your inner compass to feel grounded, centered, and at peace. This class includes a beautiful healing self-love meditation
