DESCRIPTION:“The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have” \nWe are very excited to bring you a WHOLE EVENING of self-love on February 21ST. The aim of this event will be to provide you with lots of tools to help you understand what self-love is\, how to make self-love a part of your lifestyle\, and how to let go of what your heart no longer needs in order for you to develop and attract healthier relationships into your life. This workshop will focus on softening your heart and judgement towards yourself and the people in your life.  As a group\, we will do interactive exercises allowing you to become more self-aware towards your emotions. \nDid you know that you are the average of the 5 people you spend most of your time with? \nWhat are your relationships with those people currently like? Your vibe really does attract your tribe\, so if you want to have better relationships with others\, start by learning how to become your own best friend <3 \nThis event will be split into 3 parts: \n\nUNDERSTANDING WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW\nLETTING GO OF YOUR PAST\nPREPARING FOR YOUR FUTURE \n\nThis evening is all about empowering ourselves as women; learning how to love yourself fully so that you can love others better as well set healthy boundaries for yourself. Each section will be interactive with exercises\, discussions and a guided meditation. \n“Your task is not to seek for love\, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” \nHealing the heart may mean several things and refers to many different techniques. We will cover the main ones and remain as practical as possible. Self-love is also referred to as balancing\, opening\, or clearing. She is a life coach and NLP Practitioner and has a degree in Biomedical Science and a Masters in Public Health. Aliya works with women on a one to one basis and runs confidence building workshops. She is from London and is now based in Abu Dhabi. \nOwner of Inner Seed Abu Dhabi\, a Lifestyle Wellness Hub. Laura is lightworker and senior yoga teacher that aims to bring out that inner strength and empowerment to people from a young age. Her healing workshops and events have enabled the community to connect with one another and expressive themselves.
