The Mothers Self-Care training workshop are enjoyable and transformational which aim at empowering mothers with easy self-care tools to live with clear intention and enjoy their parenting journey. The session helps mothers in reducing stress and feelings of guilt while focusing on the bigger picture. It is crucial that mothers’ emotional journey of parenting is acknowledged while offering emotional support and validation to foster positive and healthy relationships with their spouses and children. For this purpose, workshops provide a safe space for mothers to discuss their stressors and express their feelings and concerns to find ways to maintain their own well-being.
This session also focuses on building a nurturing support network for mothers where experiences are validated, challenges are shared without judgment, and meaningful connections are formed. By fostering open communication and emotional safety, the workshop encourages mothers to support one another while honoring their individual journeys..

Zaina has 19 years of combined professional experience in the fields of community youth development and projects management along with extensive experience and involvement in the training, coaching and holistic healing field. She specialized in conducting workshops focused on enhancing employee wellbeing and promoting self-care for mothers aiming to improve overall quality of life. Training workshops were held in the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Canada, and Egypt.
