Food and Beyond

It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all other factors present in our daily lives. We work with clients to identify all aspects of their life that impact their health.

For example:
– Does stress at your job or in your relationships cause you to overeat?
– Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and spiritual practice are the ‘Primary Foods’ that support what we eat. The health coach employs specific techniques from my Emotional Eating specialization to help you identify the factors that lead to your food choices.

Diet to Nutrition

Each of us have unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison; that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run.

Instead of prescribing a diet, we will work with you to explore the food that is right for your unique needs. We will introduce you to local produce, whole grains, high quality protein and healthy fats. We will make you aware of simple and easy to get health food that need not cost a lot of money.

By consuming food that is good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy food.

Advice to Accountability

A unique role of a Health Coach is to support the client in identifying the specific steps to achieve their well-being goals. Once we have agreed the specific solutions, we will develop a plan to achieve the desired outcome.

As we know, change can be difficult; our Health Coach is here to help you to adhere to the change until it becomes a habit.

Power Session

This is a 90-minute details session that covers your blood work and the way forward to reverse and manage conditions that you may be going through, via diet and lifestyle modifications. In addition, if any further lab tests need to be done then guidance will be provided on that too. The optimal range for these tests will be discussed to bridge nutritional gaps in the body and thus manage health conditions better. Guidance on supplementation as per your health history and current condition is to be provided.

Guidance on a food plan that will include detailed foods to avoid and add to manage your current conditions, along with a maintenance plan. Details about grocery shopping and labels to take care of while buying products, both for foods, home and body products will be shared. Lifestyle suggestions on improved sleep and exercise will be provided depending on individual health history, and a few mindfulness suggestions to manage stress for a healthier lifestyle will also be shared.

Wellness Program

Health Coaching will help you with nutrition choices and lifestyle suggestions that are doable and sustainable, this program involves 50 minutes of coaching in a safe and confidential environment.

This includes:

  1. Identify the foods to include in your diet and foods to avoid depending on your body and lab reports received.
  2. Develop and follow exercise routines or other lifestyle habits that sustain longevity.
  3. Manage stress. ( Tools and strategies that help you manage your triggers and stress better )
  4. Balance hormone imbalances such as thyroid, PCOS, fertility and other hormonal symptoms.
  5. Improved gut health and managed sugar levels.
  6. Address sleep issues.
  7. Guidance on supplements and lab work if needed with the approval of your doctor.

Health coaching is a holistic 360 approach to your well-being as it encompasses all areas of the body that impact your health and well-being.

The program is for anyone who is looking at improving their health and well-being, however, the list below is a detail of people who are diagnosed by their doctor with lifestyle diseases that can be reversed or managed via food and lifestyle changes:

  1. PCOS
  2. Thyroid
  3.  Acne issues and skin allergies
  4.  Fertility and period issues or menopause transition phase
  5.  Diabetes and hypertension or cholesterol
  6.  Obesity
  7.  Emotional eating patterns
  8.  General weight loss or weight gain
  9.  Families for family coaching for better healthy eating habits as a family
  10. Improved wellbeing
You will receive a healthier way to eat and live better and reverse lifestyle-related chronic diseases.
You will receive accountability and education on how to manage the new life on your own.
You will also receive diet plans, recipes and resources relevant to you + a supermarket book on labels and ingredients.
And of course, a whatsApp support for 6 days a week from 9am to 6pm.

A Health Coach and a Nutritionist/Dietician have a common goal: to help clients lead a healthier life. The approaches however differ:

A Nutritionist / Dietician provides nutrition-based guidelines, meal plans and supplements to address specific medical issues.

A Health Coach, on the other hand, focuses on holistic health that includes nutrition awareness, other areas of life that can impact a client’s well-being and adopts goal setting and accountability-based approach.

Meet Your Coach:

Sheetal Ramchandani is a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), USA and was one of ten health coaches from the 2017 cohort to have received the Leadership in Health Coaching award. She is also a Hormone Health Specialist. Sheetal provides coaching to her clients in 1-on-1 sessions to enable them to make long-term and sustainable lifestyle changes. She follows a holistic approach to wellness and focuses on food as well as other factors that determine the food choices people make.

  • Sessions are conducted online via zoom in the comfort of your home.
  • Power Session includes a 90-minute online session + introduction phone call before the session to get prepared and know what lab tests are required before your session
  • Wellness program: These sessions are conducted online bi-weekly ( ideally 2 per month and can be altered depending on client needs)
  • Pre-payment is required to book your sessions
  • The session is designed individually for each client based on their body


I am lighter, more energetic, happier, healthier and very satisfied with where i have came and so eager to keep on. Now after almost 18 moths, i am still doing it.

My journey with Sheetal is helpful and realistic.
