A Health Coach and a Nutritionist / Dietician have a common goal: to help clients lead a healthier life. The approaches however differ:
A Nutritionist / Dietician provides nutrition based guidelines, meal plans and supplements to address specific medical issues.
A Health Coach, on the other hand, focuses on holistic health that includes nutrition awareness, other areas of life that can impact client’s wellbeing and adopts goal setting and accountability based approach.
Meet Your Coach:

Sheetal Ramchandani is a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), USA and was one of ten health coaches from the 2017 cohort to have received the Leadership in Health Coaching award. She is also a Hormone Health Specialist. Sheetal provides coaching to her clients in one on one sessions to enable them to make long term and sustainable lifestyle changes. She follows a holistic approach to wellness and focuses on food as well as other factors that determine the food choices people make.
- Sessions are conducted online via zoom at the comfort of your home.
- Power Session include: 90min online session + introdcution phone call prior to the session to get prepared and know what lab tests are required prior to your session.
- Wellness program: These sessions are conducted online bi-weekly ( ideally 2 per month and can be altered depending on client needs)
- Pre-payment required to book your sessions
- Session is designed individually for each client based on their body

This message is from a person hated diet, healthy food and moving. I started my journey with Sheetal in June 2021, my intention was to show myself and Shetal that i am a hopeless case and the only way to reach healthy weight was through surgery.
The process started with a friendly discussion about my food, frequency of movement, sleep patterns, last blood tests, my habits toward eating moving and even how easy i develop new habits.
Throughout the process Sheetal was patient understanding and accepting my slow pace.During my journey I discovered that there are many things built into my happiness other than the healthy weight.
I learnt that going through my food choices and picking the best for my health condition is a beautiful form of self love.
By time i saw my numbers are normalising, daily glucose levels, accumulated blood sugar, thyroid function, thyroid nodules are stable not increasing in size. Most importantly, THE QUALITY OF LIFE has changed.
I am lighter, more energetic, happier, healthier and very satisfied with where i have came and so eager to keep on. Now after almost 18 moths, i am still doing it.
I am more confident that I can change. I am living it.

My journey with Sheetal is helpful and realistic. I was worried at the beginning thinking of cutting food off and not being able to enjoy tasty food, but what I experienced was different, I was introduced to a healthy lifestyle and started a healthy relation with food. No counting calories or measuring your food or subscribing to meal plans, it’s all about finding the right balance and consistency. Something I didn’t have in my previous diets. I’m so grateful to this journey with Sheetal and looking forward to the next phases of it.
