Health Coaching will help you with nutrition choices and lifestyle suggestions that are doable and sustainable, this program involves 50 minutes of coaching in a safe and confidential environment.
1. Identify the foods to include in your diet and foods to avoid depending on your body and lab reports received.
2. Develop and follow exercise routines or other lifestyle habits that sustain longevity.
3. Manage stress. ( Tools and strategies that help you manage your triggers and stress better )
4. Balance hormone imbalances such as thyroid , PCOS , fertility and other hormonal symptoms.
5. Improved gut health and managed sugar levels.
6. Address sleep issues.
7. Guidance on supplements and lab work if needed with the approval of your doctor.
Health coaching is a holistic 360 approach to your wellbeing as it encompassses all areas of the body that impact your health and well being .

And of course, a whatsApp support for 6 days a week from 9am to 6pm.
