This Therapeutic Yoga session is thoughtfully designed to support your body, mind, and soul during this sacred month. Through gentle, restorative movements and conscious breathwork, we help your body release toxins, rejuvenate organs, and restore natural energy, allowing you to step into each day of fasting with balance and ease.
This practice encourages you to slow down, honor your body’s rhythm, and embrace the stillness within—a space where movement becomes prayer and breath becomes remembrance.
In this session, you will experience:
