Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This fitness system is designed to improve your strength, power, flexibility, mobility and coordination with every session you attend. The best part is it’s continuous work in progress and open for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
What to expect:
It is a ground based movement practice class that works on combining animal based travelling movements with intense stretches and transitions. It starts off with fun and challenging activations that warm up the body followed by the fundaments of every pose so you’ll be flowing by the end of class.
About the Facilitator:
Lana Nasser is part Animal Flow instructor, part holistic chef, certified health coach and a fitness enthusiast, who believes when you combine joyful nourishment with ground based movements that help your mind connect better with your body, it paves the way to greater physical and mental health.
She was drawn to Animal Flow’s graceful yet powerful movements, which allow her to be expressive, creative and aware of her body in space. Animal flow was the missing piece that not only complimented all her other workouts but improved her coordination, endurance and performance as well. Today she enjoys teaching Animal Flow but even more so growing the community, as it’s one of the fundamental pillars of Animal Flow and it is through the support of each other that we become stronger and more confident. Lana also loves boxing and hiking and in February 2018, she summitted Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania at 5895 meters. It was a combination of her high intensity interval training and mindfulness that helped her reach the top.
