Sasha is an ERYT 200 hour love coach and the founder of Let’s Go Yoga. Her journey through self-awareness started in 2009 which was the year that she experienced her greatest loss as well as her greatest love.
Her journey through self-awareness started in 2009 which was the year that she experienced her greatest loss as well as her greatest love. It was the year when her family was shattered to pieces and the year that she married my husband, Mark. From that point her life shifted, the relationship with self and becoming more self-aware began.
She has dived into places of low self-worth to regions of stable healthy loving of self. She has witnessed a complete disconnect from self which spiraled into profound feelings of anger, low self-confidence which set off a range of triggers. What she knows for sure is that our relationship with self is the foundational brick for all our other relationships.
From the pain, the ruptures in childhood, the lack of self love, the fear of abandonment that plagued her for years, the reactive style in all her relationships- She found coaching. It has helped her to see her thoughts and understand they create her reality. Coaching helped her to release toxic patterns in relationships and learn to love myself fiercely.
Now I now see that her personal pain and shadow work was all worth it because she can HELP others.
Today she supports women as a love coach, the founder of the conscious love method coaching program and the creator of the broken-heart toolbox on their journey to creating a healthy loving intimate relationship which starts with the relationship with self.
