Love is available to all of us, whether or not we happen to be in a romantic relationship right now.

Mindfulness and meditation offer us portals through which we can reconnect with the kind of love that fosters inner connection, confidence and kindness. This particular form of love is available to us in any moment — and is simply one breath away.

Let’s turn inwards and collectively celebrate ourselves and radiate our inner love.  You will enjoy a gratitude and appreciation practice followed by a self-love meditation.
