Join us on the ROOFTOP of the studio to celebrate Women’s Day together as a whole. International Women’s day is a day dedicated to honoring the achievements and accomplishment of women through history.

When we add the element of spiritual practice in a women’s circle, we have the opportunity to recognize the divine feminine in everyone and everything. In this 75 min session, we will start with an open circle to affirm and honor each one of us and empower our ancestors and future generation. We will then move with a flowy style of yoga movement, allowing you to express yourself on the mat. We will end it with a meditation followed by a dance.
