Laura Helene Kopinski
She is a feminine wellness and fitness coach, and the visionary owner of Inner Seed Wellness, devoted to helping women build strength, balance, and deep body awareness. She guides women to understand their unique physiology, hormones and cycles—teaching how to move, nourish, and biohack the body in a way that supports long-term vitality and self-love.
With over 10 years of wellness experience leading spiritual retreats, Laura blends functional fitness, yoga, nervous system regulation, and holistic biohacking with ancient wisdom from Ayurveda and chakra healing, studied in India. Her approach empowers women to work with their bodies and not against them.
Laura’s work is rooted in compassion, embodiment, and balance, creating transformative experiences where women reconnect to their bodies to step into their most radiant, confident selves.
