The best thing about this challenge is that you are not going to be alone! You will be guided and pushed by a professional health & wellness practitioner amongst a beautiful group.
Like any drug, sugar is an addictive, destructive drug, yet we consume it daily in everything from cigarettes to bread. These exercises will help you focus on what your cravings and triggers are, and will help you take control of your diet, heal your relationship with food, set powerful intentions and increase your health consciousness. You’ll also find your challenge buddies, who will support and share the journey with you.

Gloria’s journey into holistic wellness began after going through treatment for ER positive breast cancer. All the medication involved in treatment had major effects on hormonal balance which sparked the focus on the topic.
She passionately speaks about ways to boost women’s health. She educates individuals on the preventative methods to reduce stress and balance hormones.
