About the facilitator:

 

Suzanne Saleh is a holistic health coach, yoga teacher and reiki practitioner. She coaches busy moms to reach their weight and health goals, make quick healthy meals and lifestyle changes so they can help themselves and their loved ones be healthy without relying on processed junk food by following a plant-based lifestyle.

Her aim is to teach busy mums it’s not hard and you can eat well, be well and feel well at all ages in life.
