Buti Yoga is a niche workout that combines traditional yoga moves and tribal dance. It focuses on releasing energy through the chakras. The plyometric elements of a Buti Yoga Class are cardio-intense as opposed to traditional yoga that offers a more zen approach, but still leaves you feeling the traditional bliss yoga state.
Wild and liberating movements will pump up your heart rate, so you’ll burn more calories and increase your resting metabolic rate. And at the same time, you’re working hard to strengthen your muscles. Think of it as a cardio power yoga based workout thats liberating and fun!
