July 15 Themed class: Root to Rise Yin Yoga 

Raise your vibration to a state of bliss and love. In this session we will be practicing Qi Gong, specific pranayama and healing sounds along with the yin poses to align our body, mind, and spirit. Qi gong is a subtle practice that helps to circulate our blood flow, increase internal awareness, and balance the nervous system. After practice, you’ll feel a new sense of calmness while feeling energized physically and mentally.
