Who is it aimed at?
This workshop is predominantly aimed at women who have identified the need to want to make a change, big or small in their life post lockdown, but are unsure of how or where to start with the process. Perhaps they may be experiencing a negative mindset which is preventing them from moving forward and making a change.

Clear identification of the areas of your life where improvement is needed and discussing the areas preventing you from taking action. You will leave with clarity on an action plan for change.
