You’ve probably heard that emotions are stored in the hips. In this class you will understand how this happens and how to release them!
This 75min yoga practice focuses on the largest joint in the body, THE HIPS. The flow will target at stretching out the hip flexors and relieving any tension or stiffness. Diving into poses as we release emotions such as sadness, fear, frustration, anxiety and anger.
A sweet series of asanas will warm and ground your body, so you’ll feel relaxed, open and alive after the practice.
Led by Laura, this class is a great flow to incorporate into your yoga practice.
