My yoga journey started 15 years ago thanks to my mom, who runs successful Iyengar Yoga family business.

Yoga world got me totally and I wanted to be part of the family business as well. To help her also professionally I did my first yoga teacher certificate. Her vast experience helped me from the beginning and worked as inspiration anytime I needed. I gained great knowledge of Iyengar adjustment and pranayama techniques that I use not only in my classes, but also in my own daily practice. From my personal opinion, proper and meaningful adjustment, suitable modification and alignment are the essentials for asana practice.

For me, Yoga is not only a physical practice but also a way of life. When I read Patanjali Sutras for the first time, I felt inner deeper connection, which answered many personal questions in my life. It definitely enriched my life so much that I read it many times again.

“Yoga takes you into the present moment, the only place where life exists.” This quote deeply resonates with me. I am trying to keep it on my mind every single day, because just this state of mind can lead into greater happiness in your life. That is the ultimate goal. Isn’t it?

Few years ago, I fell in love with studying, teaching and practicing Ashtanga Yoga. Every time I step on the mat, it is just me, my body, my mind, my breath and my soul. I feel so blessed after every single practice. The feeling of calmness and a positive mind is fulfilling. Every breath and each movement becomes a sacred ritual that connects me with the present moment and unlocks a deeper understanding of myself.

I am a continuous learner, committed to deepening my practice, expanding my professional knowledge, and sharing the Yoga lifestyle with as many people as possible
