WELCOME TO ECOLODGE MARRAKECH

At our ecolodge, we believe that wellness and sustainability go hand in hand. We invite you to experience the magic of staying in an ecolodge during your wellness retreat and discover the many benefits it has to offer. In an area of 7 hectares surrounded by wheat fields and olive groves, with stunning views over the Atlas, two villages built of adobe include two rooms and Suites furnished and decorated in traditional Moroccan style.  You will be staying in nature, in the quiet countryside, near the red town, museums, historic sites and cultural attractions. Our ecolodge is designed to minimize its impact on the environment. From our use of solar panels for energy to our rainwater harvesting system, we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. Staying in an ecolodge is an excellent way to reduce your carbon footprint and contribute to a healthier planet.

Your itinerary

This retreat is all about coming back to yourself, re-harmonizing and connecting with and rekindling your authentic, powerful, natural spirit. And we promise lots of laughter and fun!

You’ll embrace new skills and ways of thinking, but you’ll also learn to surrender those thoughts and traits that are no longer servicing your overall well-being. This retreat is designed to help you connect with your inner teacher, power, passion and purpose through yoga, body purification and meditation.

You’ll come away feeling revitalized, and most importantly—powerful.

Yoga is for everyone, you don’t need to be an experts, nor be flexible to practice self care!

Daily Practice:

Each day begins as we gather silently in meditation bridging the space between dreams and wakefulness and building to an energizing dynamic yoga practice.

The evening yoga practice is healing and restorative, slowing everything down with the long sunset shadows.

Meet your Lightworker

Laura-Helene, founder of Inner Seed and Senior yoga teacher and very much loved by the Adventure Yogi guests. She has been hosting retreats for the past 7 years across Asia and Africa. She is incredibly passionate about the many benefits of living a yogic lifestyle, physically, mentally, and spiritually. She takes you on a journey that will release, soften and inspire your soul. Each day is varied with new theme, new body focus to ensure you have a truly relaxing experience, following an easy yogic flow. She studied the ancient practices in India, which included Ayurveda medicine and Chakra Healing. She aims an inviting practice for everyone and encourages to explore new boundaries.

Activities

Cooking class:

Gain a newfound appreciation for Moroccan cuisine during this 3 hours cooking class. Explore the huge varieties of spices used in the Moroccan kitchen and learn the names of some of the most famous Moroccan dishes. You will learn how to use traditional ingredients to create your own Moroccan dish in the purest tradition of family cooking. You get to enjoy your meal at the end of the class!

Atlas mountains tour:

Discover the beauty of Morocco’s Atlas Mountains and immerse yourself in the simple, authentic mountain life with our guided hike. We will visit the Berber villages of the Atlas Mountains on a full-day trip from Marrakech that explores broad valleys and lush orchards with views of Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. But the highlight of the hike is the chance to visit the local villages and experience the simple mountain life firsthand. You’ll meet friendly locals, learn about their daily routines, and witness their unique customs and traditions.

Our guided hikes are suitable for all fitness levels and are a fantastic way to explore the natural beauty and cultural richness of the Atlas Mountains. Once we reach the top we will enjoy lunch on a terrace overlooking villages.

Hammam:

Our hammam is designed to help you relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. This centuries-old tradition involves a series of treatments that use natural ingredients to cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize your skin, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

During your hammam experience, you’ll be treated to a luxurious massage that will help relieve tension and stress, while also improving circulation and promoting overall well-being. You’ll also enjoy the benefits of our natural, organic products, which are specially formulated to nourish and hydrate your skin.

Accommodation

The hotel is built with traditional Moroccan style adobe surrounded by wheat fields and olive gardens with stunning views of the atlas mountains. You can enjoy your day in its tranquil gardens filled with colorful flowers and alive with all manners of birds (and peacocks!) that will give you the peace and serenity, enjoy the pool, pamper yourself with a massage, or take a 20 minute taxi drive to the hustle of the red city Marrakech.

Half board meals:

We understand that the food we consume plays a crucial role in our overall well-being, and that’s why we are proud to offer our guests half-board meals that are homemade, organic, and fresh.

During your stay with us, you will enjoy breakfast and dinner that are prepared with love and care by our skilled chefs. Our menu features a range of healthy and nourishing options that are designed to support your body and mind during your retreat. We use only the finest quality ingredients, sourced from local suppliers whenever possible, to ensure that your meals are not only delicious but also sustainable and environmentally friendly.
