Sound healing is a beautiful way to relax your mind if you are new to meditation. The sound has a detailed frequency that stimulates healing for each chakra.
In this session we will focus on activating our root chakras allowing an increasing of our connection with Mother Nature. This process will heal within us any sense of lacking, not belonging, and not being protected.
The instruments used for this very special sound journey are shamanic drums, shakers, mini hand pan drum, and Tibetan bowls played in combination with shamanic singing for a journey that is both deep and relaxing.

Sonia Gonzalez has a diverse background and ultimately is a seeker of truth. Apart from a Litentiate in Music Performance, she is a Mechanical Engineer who holds Masters in Business Administration and Marketing. A Reiki Master, opera classical singer and published author, she is a Sound Alchemist and Vocal Coach dedicated to sharing the powerful wonders of sound, the vibrational medicine that aligns individuals to their highest potential.
