A workshop designed for women to create awareness about the hormonal imbalance conditions such as thyroid , PCOS, endometriosis , PMS , menopause and infertility. In this workshop symptoms and conditions are discussed and how to holistically manage your hormones at home. It will provide key skill sets to manage your nutrition on a daily basis and other lifestyle tools that will help you in managing these hormones in the long run for a happy and balanced life.

This workshop will enable you to understand how the hormones are managed inside our body, what affects them and how we can naturally balance them holistically without being on lifelong pills.

It is for every woman, however if you have been diagnosed with hormonal conditions such as thyroid, PCOS, insulin resistance, menstruation disorders or painful periods, endometriosis ETC, then it will be a lifelong learning for you.


Hormones and your health

Many people associate the word ‘hormones’ with menopause in older woman and believe it can not affect them. In the contrary, hormones are important part of your health, irrespective of your age and gender.

So, what are hormones?
Hormones are like chemical messengers your body produces that tell all body organs what to do and how to do their job. They help control body’s important systems, including metabolism and reproduction.
What is Hormone imbalance and how does it impact your health?
Hormone imbalances are caused by too much or too little hormones in the body. Think of it as your food dish recipe gone wrong. Too much or too little of only one ingredient, say salt, can spoil the dish. Consider the impact on our body of this type of imbalance with more than 50 hormones. Any imbalance can lead to many diseases:
