Yoga and Meditation when practiced together strengthen the mind body connection improving overall well-being. Regular yoga practice helps to reduce stress responses in your body and prevents chronic diseases. Remember ; reducing your stress level, eating healthy and getting more exercise can only lead to a better health. And…adding yoga will only make you feel better on the things you do daily ! Choose to be on a positive attitude. Train your thoughts to deal with any difficult situation or negative people. Kids Yoga

Discover Fun, Movement, and Mindfulness! Introduce your little ones to the joy of yoga through playful poses, storytelling, and games! In this class, children will explore movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed to enhance their strength, flexibility, and focus.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses vibrations and frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By utilizing various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chimes, we create soundscapes that resonate with the natural frequencies of the body. These harmonious vibrations help to clear energy blockages, reduce stress, and foster a state of inner peace.

Art Therapy Workshop

A transformative Art Therapy Workshop is designed to foster creativity, self-expression, and emotional healing. This unique workshop provides a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore their inner world through various art forms, including painting, drawing, and sculpting.

Sunset Yoga Flow

A 75min Gentle Sunset Yoga followed by a circle talk to release tension and prepare oneself for a restful end of the day. The emphasis throughout class is gentleness and grace. About 15 minutes into class, the sun begins to set and the setting is astoundingly beautiful. Bring your breath, body, and mind into unity in this peaceful, mindful practice.

Restorative Yin Yoga

This workshop will bring your body and mind into a natural sense of balance that provides healing. We will focus on poses for easing the body, heart, and mind into a state of compassion. Compassion for oneself, each other, and the earth. Sometimes it’s hard to get there when life provides us with so many obstacles. Group interaction & meditation included.

Therapeutic Yoga

This class involves employing a variety of yoga practices to try to improve a health condition, chronic pain or even to ease and heal past traumas stored in your body! It is a blend of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath work, hands-on healing, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that makes it an excellent choice for those who need a gentle yet effective practice for bringing the body into balance and deeper stretch! These elements are integrated into a sequence that is also  suitable for people who are beginning to study yoga, recovering from an injury, or anyone who feels they are just too tight to stretch. Our aim is to support and improve your quality of life. Don’t let an injury stop you from pursuing your goals!
